1. Eligibility for Refund

You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
You provide a valid reason for the refund so we can understand and improve our offerings.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
The refund is requested after 7 days from the date of purchase.
More than 20% of the course has been accessed or downloaded.
You simply changed your mind or did not use the course.
You claim a refund but fail to provide a clear reason or proof of dissatisfaction.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in denial of access to current and future courses.
